    Brittney Snyder has over 11 years of experience working as a marketing and management consultant in the health and human services field. Mrs. Snyder serves as a marketing consultant, developing and deploying marketing plans and strategic tactics for clients.  As a Consultant, Mrs. Snyder leads the firm’s marketing-focused projects, including comprehensive product launch initiatives, corporate and product re-branding/positioning projects, and website and online marketing programs. In addition, she develops and executes online marketing strategies and campaigns for a number of clients throughout the health and human services industry. As part of her role, she also works with clients to schedule, promote, and host a majority of the Executive Briefings the firm sponsors on behalf of its clients.
  • Richard Louis, III, Vice President, OPEN MINDS
    Richard Louis, III has extensive experience as a behavioral healthcare administrator, business development specialist, and innovator of new service lines for behavioral healthcare organizations and currently serves the Vice President -  Western Region at OPEN MINDS. Previously, Mr. Louis was the Director of Development – Behavior & Addiction Medicine at Southern California Healthcare Systems Inc. / Prospect Medical. There, he was involved in many consulting projects focused on health care integration, developing new service lines, and health plan contract development. Most recently, he pioneered the development of a series of innovative and profitable integrated behavioral health treatment and population health management solutions that target high cost and complex behavioral health populations. He brings to OPEN MINDS expertise in population health management program development, strategic planning and payer mix diversification, and provider market assessment and growth positioning.
  • Ashly Sterner, Marketing Director, OPEN MINDS
    Ashly Sterner brings a wealth of experience in health care marketing and communications to OPEN MINDS. Her expertise focuses on marketing and communications planning and campaign development, project management and coordination, visual communications, and technical/professional writing and communications. Prior to Ashly's promotion to Marketing Director, she served as a Senior Consultant after spending time as a Solution Specialist for Deloitte Consulting in the human capital department. Ms. Sterner is currently responsible for planning, designing, and developing a multitude of promotional and business-generating initiatives for OPEN MINDS products, services, and events.
