Maximizing Productivity Settings In A Mixed Use Workforce — The Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Case Study
April 27, 2023
In today’s health care marketplace, provider organizations increasingly struggle with workforce recruitment, retention, and engagement. Executive teams are seeking ways to maximize productivity while driving employee engagement and incentivizing retention aimed at adhering to their mission and vision, exceeding standards, and maximizing performance. One strategy is to focus on performance indicators, value-based metrics, and processes.
During this one-hour live presentation, Steven Sheets, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, will discuss how he transformed his organization to a mixed-use workforce using key performance indicators (KPI) and productivity metrics to maximize efficiency on a team-by-team basis. Attendees will learn about the percentage of remote versus hybrid versus in-office employees, telehealth caseloads in comparison to in-person office visits by service line, and how Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is now operating at higher productivity levels than even pre-pandemic.
Executive attendees of this session will learn about:
- How to approach bringing specific departments back to the in-office setting
- KPIs and using performance metrics to provide accountability
