Telehealth Emergency To Digital Transformation — The Pinebrook Family Answers Case Study
July 28, 2022
Often times it is difficult for leadership to understand the necessity of technology planning and innovation. The more typical scenario is that new technologies are bought and implemented on an as needed basis. The coronavirus pandemic presented one such need. However, to truly stay competitive, organizations must now plan for the long term with continual renewal and adaptation of their tech as marketplace technology evolves. This involves bringing together multiple departments to plan and formulate a synergistic plan of what the future of their organization will look like as technology comes to dominate more and more of the health care marketplace. Technology is no longer an option but a mandatory aspect for remaining competitive as a care provider organization. Matt Welser, the Innovative Technology Analyst for Pinebrook Family Answers will be discussing how their organization underwent a complete technological transformation adopting telehealth and telecommunications for daily operations in addition to leveraging their Electronic Health Record platform into an adaptable model that could accommodate this shift in culture. Hear about challenges to undergoing an organization wide digital transformation, planning for long term sustainability, and accommodating technology challenges as organizations expand digitally.
