Of the 78.6 million individuals enrolled in Medicaid in 2016, approximately 2.6 million had an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD). Of those 2.6 million, 882,076 (33%) were receiving long-term services and supports (LTSS) and 1,766,911 (67%) were not receiving LTSS.
