Pennsylvania
South Carolina
Tennessee

Wisconsin

The remaining 26 states, and District of Columbia, do not operate a MLTSS program or offer MLTSS benefits. The total estimated enrollment in MLTSS programs was approximately 3.2 million, representing roughly 3.5% of the total Medicaid population.
