Circle Connections: New Talent On January 2nd, Michele Gougeon began her term as the 2013 chair of the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS). Ms. Gougeon is executive vice president & chief operating officer, McLean Hospital, Belmont, Massachusetts. In election results released January 4th, Gail Ryder was chosen board chair-elect.
