North Carolina’s State Decision Takes Mental-Health Services From Mecklenburg County Control

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services acting secretary Albert Delia sent MeckLINK a letter on December 31st, saying the waiver required to provide those services had been reassigned to Cardinal Innovations HealthCare Solutions.
