Circle Connections: New Talent Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority�s initiative Saginaw MAX System of Care recently hired Keva E. Clark, 39, to advocate for families within the agency. Clark, who will serve as lead family representative, earned a bachelor�s degree in sociology and communications from Saginaw Valley State University, and a teacher certification in communications.
