Massachusetts’ Athenahealth Agrees To Buy Epocrates for $293 Million
Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Athenahealth, a Watertown, Massachusetts-based health information technology company, announced its second acquisition agreement since September with a $293 million cash deal for Epocrates, a mobile application developer.
