Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates The partnership between the Genesee Health Plan and Genesee County Community Mental Health will be in the spotlight during a national seminar in February 2013. Linda Hamacher, CEO of Genesee Health Plan, and Danis Russell, CEO of Community Mental Health, will be keynote speakers at the Medicaid Innovations national seminar on February 7th in Florida.
