Oklahoma’s OKDHS Names Goin New Director Of Developmental Disabilities Services

Circle Connections: New Talent OKLAHOMA CITY -- Jo Anne Goin has been named Director of the Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). Goin has been with the agency for 38 years, beginning as a social worker in 1974 and working in DDSD since 1988. She has served as Manager of Area II since 1993. Jo Anne Goin will succeed Jim Nicholson, who is retiring January 31, 2013.
