Circle Connections: New Products & Services Linn Community Care (LCC) has chosen to partner with St. Luke's Hospital and Iowa Health Accountable Care, L.C. to improve the health of the populations they serve, improve the patient experience and care received by patients, and lower the cost of care through improved care coordination effective February 7, 2013.
