Ten Community Programs Named Hospital Charitable Services Award Winners
From medical-legal services for veterans to HIV prevention to using art to help at-risk teens process their feelings, ten charitable programs were honored for their community impact and named Programs of Excellence through the Hospital Charitable Services Awards, a national program presented by Jackson Healthcare. The 2014 winners, designated as setting the standard for others to follow, include: AIMS for Veterans: Access Innovations for Medical-Legal Services for Veterans, Bruce Carter, Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center, Miami, Florida.
