Circle Connections: New Products & Services A 12,500-square-foot behavioral health center opened at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown. The $3.8 million project is a build out of existing space in a hospital tower. Money for the project came from the hospital's general fund, but hospital leaders hope to recoup some through a fundraising campaign, said Dorothy Hellman, director of design and construction for LifeBridge Health.
