Ohio’s Financially Struggling Trillium To Merge With Coleman Professional

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Thousands of Trillium Family Solutions clients will have to find another service provider as the agency soon will be acquired by Coleman Professional Services. Trillium, which provides mental-health counseling as well as other social services, has been beset with financial woes. The merger with Coleman Professional Services had been scheduled for May 1st. But it appears that will occur sooner. Both Trillium and Coleman Professional Services are under contract with the Stark County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board to provide mental health counseling and services.
