Colorado’s Free Program Aims To Help Individuals, Families With Mental Illness
Circle Connections: New Products & Services Centennial Mental Health Center will be offering a free National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Family-to-Family Education Program beginning in February. The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illness. Family members will participate in special workshops for problem solving, listening and communication techniques, receive up-to-date information about medications, side effects and strategies for medication adherence and acquire additional strategies for handling crisis and relapse.
