Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates The Nebraska Legislature reinstituted a committee Tuesday that provides oversight of children's behavioral health services. Those services help parents find mental health care for their children and provide a helpline for families in crisis and those who need post-adoption support and other help. The helpline has fielded 10,000 calls in the past several years.
