Massachusetts’ Framingham School District Announces New In-School Behavioral Health Intervention Program
The public schools have announced a new initiative to provide in-school intervention to students with behavioral health issues. The launch of the Rapid Access & Intervention Team (RAIT) is a collaboration between the district, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, and Advocates, Inc. It is being funded by the MetroWest Health Foundation. RAIT will provide staff in the schools to respond to students experiencing a behavioral health crisis during the school day.
