California Parenting Institute, New Directions School Merge

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions California Parenting Institute (CPI) announced it has merged with New Directions School in Santa Rosa. In fiscal year 2012 , CPI's programs served more than 3,000 families. CPI anticipates that it will be serving over 3,000 children and families in fiscal year 2013 with expanded services to students and their families at New Directions School.
