Circle Connections: New Products & Services Camarillo Police cited 205 people in Camarillo for driving under the influence in 2012 and 229 people the year before. To combat the idea that designated drivers are the outliers at bars, Project Safer – an organization that aims to reduce underage drinking and overconsumption of alcohol – began the campaign "Be the DD and Win."
