Circle Connections: New Products & Services A free support helpline for mothers of special needs children has expanded its services to Somerset County and beyond. Cherie Castellano, a licensed mental health counselor and mother of two sons has developed Mom2Mom, a free, 24-hours a day, seven-days-a-week helpline for mothers of special needs children. Mom2Mom, coordinated by the University of Medicine and Dentristy of New Jersey's University Behavioral HealthCare provides peer support, telephone assessments, a network of referral services and support groups for moms dealing with autism, physical and mental disabilities and cancer.
