Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Tenet Healthcare Corporation announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Emanuel Medical Center, a 209-bed hospital located in Turlock, California. The acquisition of Emanuel Medical Center represents a significant step in expanding Tenet's integrated healthcare network in California's Central Valley region.
