Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Lake County Behavioral Health (LCBH) seeks an organization to provide alcohol and other drug treatment services to pregnant and parenting women. According to Behavioral Health Director Kristy Kelly, these services are intended to assist women in their recovery process so that both they and their children can have a better quality of life.
