Alere Launches Accountable Care Services Subsidiary

Circle Connections: New Products & Services A little more than a year after acquiring electronic health records company Wellogic, Alere Inc. has rebranded the subsidiary and plans to offer patient information taken from all of its segments under the name Alere Accountable Care Solutions. Sumit Nagpal has been named president and CEO of Alere ACS, which is located near Alere's main headquarters in Waltham.
