Circle Connections: New Talent Penn Foundation has named Wendy Shapiro as its new Director of Emergency Services. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Arcadia University, Shapiro brings more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field to her new position. Prior to joining Penn Foundation, Shapiro was the Director of Children’s Mental Health Case Management at Lenape Valley Foundation, where she worked for almost 10 years.
