Circle Connections: New Talent Deputy Secretary Dennis Marion has officially been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). Deputy Secretary Marion joins OMHSAS after a 31-year career serving Cumberland County as administrator of human services, mental health/intellectual and developmental disabilities and as executive director of the Cumberland-Perry Drug and Alcohol Commission.
