Circle Connections: New Products & Services Volunteers of America (VOA) Western Washington's Care Crisis Response Services launched an online live chat service a year ago as part of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. And in June, VOA set up its own local chat portal, www.carecrisischat.org. Since its start in March 2012, the online service based at VOA's Everett facility has conducted more than 1,600 chats, Morris said.
