Circle Connections: New Products & Services A local mental health provider is set to discontinue services to thousands of Medicaid recipients in Onslow, Carteret and surrounding counties beginning next month. Coastal Carolina Neuropsychiatric Center (CCNC), which has offices in Jacksonville, Morehead City, Kenansville and New Bern, will no longer accept Medicaid for mental health, intellectual developmental disabilities and substance abuse treatment as of April 22.
