Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Cerner Corporation announced that it has acquired Labotix Automation Inc., an open automation solution. Open automation allows clinicians to sort and deliver specimens from any vendor anywhere in the lab. Combined with other Cerner products, Labotix will help the Kansas City, Kansas company provide a comprehensive set of capabilities supporting high-volume testing, a news release said.
