Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Medifirst Solutions, Inc. announced it has entered into a license agreement with King Media, Inc. That will allow Medifirst Solutions to use the "Successful Child" name and brand for an array of products that include: news and information resources that will be available on mobile apps, computers and IPTV.
