Circle Connections: New Talent On March 25, 2013, Robert L. Listenbee, Jr., JD assumed the role of Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Mr. Listenbee, a graduate of Harvard University and the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, is a highly respected public defender and juvenile justice system reformer. In 2011, Mr. Listenbee was appointed to the Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice, which advises the President, Congress, and the OJJDP Administrator on juvenile justice policy.
