Circle Connections: New Products & Services Los Angeles County residents went to the downtown L.A. church to participate in a mobile enrollment event for public health insurance programs and to find out where to seek care. The event is an effort to extend the reach of the county's healthcare system and to reach people where they are – churches, schools and community groups.
