Circle Connections: New Products & Services Stanislaus County has put together a discharge team as a bridge for people released from Doctors Behavioral Health Center on Claus Road. The team will connect patients with mental health services after their release from the center and help them keep appointments to reduce the likelihood of being readmitted. It's part of a three-pronged strategy to deal with an increasing demand on underfunded mental health services in Stanislaus County.
