Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority (NARBHA) will join a select group of innovative health care organizations presenting at the "Best In Class" Preconference University at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare conference in Las Vegas next month.
