Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Riverbend's Health Buddy Project has been named a 2013 Program of Significance by the National Council for Behavioral Health. The "Health Buddy" is an electronic unit that provides two-way communication between healthcare providers and persons with serious mental illnesses (SMI).
