Circle Connections: New Talent Missouri's Medicaid Director Ian McCaslin left the MO HealthNet Division of the Department of Social Services on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Jennifer Tidball, director of the agency's Division of Finance and Administrative Services, will serve as interim Medicaid Director until a permanent replacement has been hired.
