New Products & Services The Providence Center has created three new programs to address the issue of emergency room (ER) wait times. The first program, CharterCARE Connect, establishes The Providence Center as sole provider of inpatient and emergency mental health and substance abuse services in Fatima Hospital, as well as emergency mental health and substance abuse services in Roger Williams Medical Center.
