Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Visiting Angels of Lancaster has been acquired by Visiting Angels of York and Hanover for an undisclosed price. Visiting Angels of Lancaster was established 13 years ago and has more than 80 employees. Visiting Angels of York and Hanover, owned by Susan Heinle, president and chief executive officer, opened 12 years ago and has more than 250 employees. The Lancaster and York/Hanover offices are among the 400-plus franchises of Living Assistance Services, a Havertown- based home care agency that helps loved ones stay in their home.
