New Talent Mark Spieles has been named chief executive officer of Westwood Behavioral Health Center. Mr. Spieles has replaced retired chief executive officer Tom Stricker. Mr. Spieles previously served as a therapist and qualified mental health specialist at Westwood Behavior Health Center.
