Maryland State Grant Creates Dedicated Maryland County Behavioral Health Crisis Team
Circle Connections: New Products & Services The Cecil County Health Department has been awarded a state grant to expand a community case management pilot program, which health officials will use to reduce the number of hospital admissions by people with chronic conditions such as diabetes and emphysema. The $189,659 grant will also expand an existing mobile crisis response program, giving Cecil County its own team to respond to behavioral health issues.
