Texas’ Montgomery County Mental Health Facility Attracts Six Inquiries

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions A half-dozen health care companies – including the parent company of Conroe Regional Medical Center – have received information pertaining to the proposed sale of the Montgomery County Mental Health Treatment Facility. Meanwhile, the CEO of one firm said it will not submit a request for proposal for the one-story, 100-bed forensic hospital located at 700 Hilbig in Conroe. County officials will open the RFPs on July 25. In June, Montgomery County Commissioners established $38.5 million as the minimum bid for the MCMHTF.
