Circle Connections: New Products & Services A mental health agency serving Western North Carolina for more than a decade closed after only a few days' notice to clients. The company offered an array of services, including medication management, family and individual counseling, day treatment and intensive in-home services, to assist those with mental health issues, substance abuse problems or developmental disabilities.
