New York’s Ulster-Greene ARC Chief Named Acting State Commissioner

Circle Connections: New Talent Ulster-Greene ARC Executive Director Laurie Kelley has been named by Governor Cuomo as the acting commissioner of the State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). She replaces Courtney Burke, who was named the administration's deputy secretary for Health. Kelley ran Ulster- Greene ARC for 11 years and oversaw a $50 million budget and over 1,000 employees. Before joining ARC, she was vice president of Business Development, Professional Services and General Services at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, where she worked for 19 years.
