Circle Connections: New Talent A former Senate staffer who worked to implement the Affordable Care Act has joined a behavioral health group as its first dedicated lobbyist. Rebecca Murow Klein comes from the office of former Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.), where she worked on healthcare and education policy. She'll serve as the associate director of government affairs for the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness (ABHW). She begins her new job on Thursday, Aug. 1.
