Circle Connections: New Talent Newport Countys Community Mental Health Center is being renamed for a longtime advocate who has worked there for nearly half a century. Clement Bud Cicilline plans to retire in November after 45 years at the mental health organization. Hes been its executive director for 28 years. State lawmakers voted to rename the centers building the J. Clement Cicilline Community Mental Health Center to honor Cicilline, who also served in the state Senate.
