Circle Connections: New Talent Former Cuyahoga County Administrator Dennis Madden has been named Chief Executive Officer for Stella Maris, In., a Cleveland nonprofit specializing in addiction recovery and mental health services. Madden left his county job in 2008. In January 2012, Madden, a lifelong Clevelander, became Stella Maris's interim executive director, shedding the interim title a year later upon the retirement due to illness of longtime Executive Director Margaret Roche.
