Circle Connections: New Products & Services CenterPoint Human Services has hired the retired executive of the state's first managed care organization – at up to a $15,000 consultant cost – to assist the board on the process they are overseeing. Dan Coughlin, former chief executive of Piedmont Behavioral Health, is scheduled to conduct one-on-one meetings with the 18 CenterPoint board members before meeting with the board's executive committee.
