Circle Connections: New Products & Services The United Way of Tri-County is starting a new mental health/suicide hotline in the region, the organization has announced. "Call2Talk" will operate 24/7 and is working toward being accredited by the National Lifeline Network. Eileen Davis is the director of the new program.
