Penn State Hershey Medical Group Awarded Highest Patient-Centered Medical Home Certification

Awards & Accreditations Penn State Hershey Medical Group has been awarded the highest level of patient-centered medical home certification at all 13 of its adult primary care sites. The adult primary care sites were review by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The college also received a nationwide grant from teh Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to develop new national primary care extension services.
