Cerner And Epic Dominate Health Records Field

Circle Connections: New Products & Services KLAS Enterprises, an independent vendor research firm serving health care technology clients, has released a report on the market share of six electronic health records companies, including Cerner, that serve large hospitals. KLAS said the two big players, North Kansas City-based Cerner and Epic, hold 75 percent of large-hospital contracts, based on 2013 data. Room for growth remains in the hospital digital records field.
